We heard Cole crying in the middle of the night and when we went to get him we found real Cole in the living room and stuffed Cole in the crib. No harm, no foul — such a silly mistake.
This will take some time

Cole’s version of a disappearing magic trick took nearly five full minutes. Well…that’s one career option down…
Like a Phoenix

After being in the sun for more than 15 seconds Cole burst into flames…it was like watching the end of Powder without the lightning.
I think Cole has a crush

Cole is back to daycare after a few days off due to being sick. A couple days after being back, he started doing Yoga….no one just starts doing Yoga without a reason. Although I am now thinking back to the Jack Bauer course…this can’t be good.
Another bummer

Being an only child is tough — Cole has been waiting here all day to throw the ball to someone…anyone.

We enrolled Cole in a new Jack Bauer training course. Basically, in any situation, he needs to ask himself, What Would Jack Bauer Do? We thought it would be good to make him more assertive, but we so far have ended up with an electrocuted cat, two squirrels that appeared to have died of heart attacks and I woke one morning to Cole sitting in our bed staring at me with a smile on his face. I never got a chance to ask him what he intended to do with the glass of water and batteries I found on the night stand.
Things keep getting better

I told Cole that these Glad lids are magic and then I hid them throughout the house. The beauty of it is that I also told him the only way to get the the magic out of them is to lick them clean.
